TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Analyst.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide contracts administration support to PEO IWS 3.0.
  • Use knowledge of Navy procurements to budget, plan, and execute contracts; allocate funds; and manage CLINS/SLINS.• Use knowledge of Navy procurements to budget, plan, and execute contracts; allocate funds; and manage CLINS/SLINS.
  • Develop J&A and other documents to support contract management.
  • Assist with the contracts and procurement process by developing procurement packages, reviewing and editing Sections B through J, tracking required procurement actions, developing Procurement Requests, and performing contract closeouts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5 years of experience.
  • SPS or PD2 experience required.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
