TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Maintain applicant and candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Create requisitions in the applicant tracking system and post job advertisements publicly.
• Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule, attend, and conduct interviews with the hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and human capital team members throughout the process to determine job offer and onboarding details.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
• Attend and participate in networking events, job fairs, and recruiting sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a backpack or messenger bag in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
• Full COVID Vaccination is required for this position.
