TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Analyst.
Responsibilities
• Use knowledge of Navy procurements to budget, plan, and execute contracts; allocate funds; and manage CLINS/SLINS.• Develop J&A and other documents to support contract management.• Assist with the contracts and procurement process by developing procurement packages, reviewing and editing Sections B through J, tracking required procurement actions, developing Procurement Requests, and performing contract closeouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience
- Must have experience with SPS or PD2
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
- Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
- Full COVID Vaccincation is required for this position.
