TECH HEADS, INC is Hiring an Account Executive Near Portland, OR

THInc Account Executive

Tech Heads is growing, and we are looking for rock stars to join us on our journey to become a premier IT Solutions and Services Provider. We are hyper-focused on problem-solving and delivering exceptional business outcomes for our customers through implementation, delivery & management of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and the THInc suite of services. This role requires a sales professional with a relentless commitment to bringing in net new customers and expanding our footprint within existing accounts. You will be the expert on our THInc solutions, and you will work with customers to find, develop, and close opportunities within an assigned territory.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability and grow revenue within assigned territory/list of accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunities through outbound activities and deal qualification
  • Outreach to a targeted list of current customers and prospects
  • Build solid, meaningful, customer relationships to obtain true “trusted advisor” status
  • Create business awareness through participation in local/regional industry events
  • Cultivation and development of focus vendor partner relationships through business planning and strategic account development planning
  • Complete required vendor sales training certs/competencies
  • Maintain weekly CRM updates and sales opportunity forecasting 

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Solution Sales experience, with a focus on customer acquisition and business development 
  • Demonstrable success in a business development
  • 4-year degree, or additional experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proficiency utilizing technology products to manage the business, e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, SalesLoft, etc.

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to get in the trenches on a daily basis
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
