Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: Hybrid, Columbia, MD Clearance Requirements: Compensation: $80k-95kPosition Type: Full-Time, Non-Contract PositionOur growing team is looking for an experienced person to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing request to discover talent, building a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
Your Day-to-Day
• Lead recruiting, staffing, and hiring activities in support of the company.
• Ensure suitable requisitions are written, updated, and posted for all needs.
• Network, source, build, and maintain a talent pipeline, and attract highly skilled professionals.
• Source passive and non-passive candidates through various resume databases and job boards.
• Completes and/or assists with staffing activities, including the collection of suitable candidate resumes, scheduling of candidate interviews, management of interview feedback to influence hiring decisions and participates in proposal recruiting.
• Collaborates with other Director of HR to prepare staffing strategy for existing and future needs and provides staffing/hiring metrics to Senior Leadership.
• Coordinates with Recruiters, Human Resources, and Security Personnel to ensure all components of the staffing process come together effectively and efficiently.
• Works with Program Managers and leadership on proposal efforts in regards to staffing.

What We Think You Need
• 4 years of experience with full-life cycle technical recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Must have staffing and/or recruiting experience within the Intelligence Community, specifically recruiting for candidates with TS/SCI clearances and polygraphs
• Knowledge of social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn
• Understanding of employment laws
• Experience with multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs and generate new solutions to recruiting challenges.
• Critical and data-driven approach to managing candidate pipelines and stakeholders.
