The Solutions Architect will gather requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place to identify areas of improvement.

Your Day-to-Day· Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover our customer’s current pains and align to their business objectives· Guide our customers throughout the evaluation process of our products and ensure that our solution meets business objectives and technical requirements· Manage and analyze business process engineering techniques by reviewing user requirements, procedures and processes automating existing systems for new capabilities· Apply technical and computer skills to enhance the user’s experience· Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations that tell TeamWorx Security’s differentiated story· Partner with customers to design solutions that drive value and significant business impact· Effectively communicate with a team consisting of Analysts, Engineers, and Managers

What We Think You Need· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline· Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design· Project management and leadership skills are essential· Analytically minded with a background in Math, Statistics, or any data-heavy discipline· Strong technical aptitude, understanding of coding languages, programming databases, and Cloud Technology Concepts· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills· Ability to create big-picture software solutions· Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
