Responsibilities:
Greet walk-ins, vendors, other visitors, and deliveries.
Answer all incoming calls and transfer them appropriately.
Receive, sort and appropriately distribute incoming mail daily.
Update system and send returned mail forms.
Compile mailings such as the SPD, Benefit Packets, Reinstatement Letters, Change of Address forms and delinquent employer letters.
Enter Union authorization forms in the system and file accordingly.
Prepare E-Board meeting report.
Other clerical tasks as required.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication
Good telephone communication etiquette
Organized, resourceful and detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively.
Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone systems, printer, copier and fax machine)
High school diploma, Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
