Teams Nyc is Hiring a Second Shift RN Supervisor Near New Haven, CT

We are currently looking to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift to join our skilled nursing facility in New Haven, CT!

DUTIES:

  • Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Completes Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and families.
  • Provides information to Residents and healthcare team.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment.
  • Maintains Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
  • Maintains documentation of Resident care services.
  • Maintains nursing supplies inventory
  • Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold valid Connecticut RN License
  • LTC experience Preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled Nursing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Haven, CT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • RN (Preferred)
