We are looking to hire a personable and self motivated Regional Director of Business Development in Nebraska! We are adding to our team and have an opening for a full time Regional Director of Marketing overseeing the State of Nebraska. Residence must be in Nebraska.
The Regional Director of Marketing is responsible for the overall development, execution of a sales and marketing strategy that supports our Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Ensures communities are consistently executing standards core values and increases ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Collaborates with Facility Marketing Directors to develop and implement company-wide strategies which generate new leads and advance existing leads.
- Keeps abreast of professional development in the marketing environment.
- Identifies key issues and provides training to marketers to continuously improve performance and occupancy.
- Effectively facilitates training on sales-related topics and on effective development of professional referral sources.
- Understands competitive opportunities and threats.
- Visits key competitors with Directors of Sales and Marketing in the communities as needed.
- Strong sales management experience with a minimum of 2 years in a multi-site or regional sales management position in the senior living or related industries.
- Assists management with resident retention through new resident welcome events, resident referral programs, outside community visits to current hospitalized residents, and other programs as outlined in the marketing plan or by the Regional Sales and Marketing management.
- Willing/able to travel primarily in Nebraska
- Reports Directly to Vice President of Business Development.
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with hospitals and other medical facilities in the area to identify and help place individuals who have skilled nursing needs.
