TeamHealth is currently hiring for a Talent Development Project Coordinator. This is a HYBRID opportunity.

Position Summary

The Talent Development Project Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Talent Development team to include scheduling, communication, and management of learning assets. The Talent Development Project Coordinator works closely with the Instructional Designers, Learning Consultants and Human Resources team to manage training program logistics from deployment through evaluation in order to improve associate performance and support organizational growth. The Senior Specialist will serve as the lead for the Digital Adoption Platform (WalkMe).

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage learning program administration to include scheduling, marketing, recruitment of participants, post learning surveys, maintenance of content, and continual process improvement
  • Create and maintain learning content library, managing access, content updates, and distribution as needed utilizing Zenith (TeamHealth’s intranet and communication platform)
  • Serve as the Digital Adoption (WalkMe) developer lead and work with other internal developers to create learning assets within TeamHealth software systems.
  • Coordinate with the Instructional Designers on their use of WalkMe as part of the learning strategy.
  • Complete administrative tasks (updating project plans, status reports, maintenance of learning solutions, pulling reports, attending meetings, etc.) and standardized work in support of Talent Development team.
  • Ensure timely submission of and publish relevant training metrics.
  • Publishes SCORM packages and uploads to learning management system, tests courses, edits and maintains courses in learning management system, as needed
  • Provide support of learning management system through working service desk tickets submitted by learners throughout the organization.
  • Develop and manages learning asset review and maintenance processes to include identifying maintenance schedules, organizing quality review, and coordinating project plans for team to update content
  • Attends meetings as required or needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated administrative skills showing initiative, creativity, and critical thinking
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and virtual collaboration tools, i.e. Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams or similar
  • Must be a continuous learner who is engaged in developing skills for self and the organization.
  • Highly proficient learning project management skills, specifically balancing and managing competing priorities and work tasks
  • Highly proficient technical writing skills including proofreading, style guidelines and documentation
  • Excellent communications skills – ability to communicate clearly and concisely in multiple mediums
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve business objectives

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business or related-field

Required Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Training & Development with a focus on the administrative aspects of program delivery
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with learning management system
  • Demonstrated experience working on learning project scheduling and delivery; course scheduling and management; tracking and metrics reporting
