The licensed Physical Therapist will
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree, or Doctorate degree from an accredited program
CPR Certification
Valid Driver’s license and insurance
Active state licensure, as required
SLPs must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) through ASHA or qualify to complete a Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP)
OTs must hold a current certification from the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Preferred Skills/Experiences:
Pay: $ 65 - $ 75 / visit
