Position Summary

Provides data-based business insights to capture opportunities and solve business problems utilizing database and customer information. This is achieved through analysis, modeling, and statistics. Ability to summarize analysis results/learning’s in a clear and concise matter. Able to develop proformas and post analysis of all marketing and sales programs at the store, district and division level using sales data and media spend, building analytical tools to calculate ROAS on all advertising spend. The Senior Data Analyst will play a vital role in developing and executing Team Car Care/Jiffy Lube’s analytics through the scientific method to test, measure and implement new strategies.

Primary Responsibilities Includes

• 30% analytics to allocate marketing spend, e.g., media spend modeling, marketing ROAS/ROI, etc.
• 30% customer analysis, e.g., segmentation, product mix, customer profiling, and CAC/LTV analysis to target customers for conversion and retention to help grow the business
• 40% ad-hoc/other, e.g., pricing, A-B testing, market testing, sales initiatives, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or similar fields.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills as well as ability to query large databases using SQL
• Experience with statistical modeling using tools such as R or Python
• Ability to connect the dots to tell a story leading to actionable insights using statistics and data

Preferred Qualification

• Growth marketing analytics for consumer products and services (B2C), including retail, services, etc.
• Experience measuring marketing campaigns using ROAS to improve spend efficiency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills working with multiple levels of management
• Ability to build and manage complex models with limited resources and time
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and a strong work ethic based on a desire to exceed expectations
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a sharp focus on quality
• Workday PRISM Analytics experience a plus
