We win together with respect and appreciation for the talents required of all positions and the people who contribute to each of these.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Based in Sydney or Melbourne Tealium is seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager who is hands-on, solution-oriented, consultative, driven and organised. The primary function of the role will be to build strategic relationships, driving client value and incremental revenue. This role will be responsible for defining the strategy to drive growth in Strategic Global Alliances within ANZ (including Consultancies, System Integrators and Agencies). The role will encompass expanding relationships, developing programs for scaling these partnerships and working closely with leadership and the wider team to drive outcomes. The Partner Development Manager will be a major change agent at Tealium, having impact and influence with a high degree of autonomy, energy, flexibility and accuracy across all lines of business. In this role, this person must build and maintain an excellent working relationship with partner sales leadership, solutions consulting leadership, customer success leadership, devising growth strategies for net new business and customer retention. This individual will have previously managed Global Strategic relationships and have a track record of performance working in the MarTech/AdTech industry. This person is a cross-functional player who thrives in a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and entrepreneurship, with tremendous drive, intelligence, judgment and capability. They will be highly motivated and have the ability and desire to build effective internal/external relationships, consistently drive profitable results in high growth/entrepreneurial environments and have real impact across the organization.
