TDMK Digital is a User Experience and Software Development company providing product strategy and next-generation mobile and cloud software solutions to innovative federal government agencies. TDMK Digital is looking for a qualified Risk Management Specialist to join our team to support one of our federal contracts. This position is Remote until the client returns to the office. Offices are located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Role Description:

Assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts.

• Bachelor’s Degree 4 years of experience

• Comprehensive understanding of Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR) to align agency priorities to best model, frame and discuss risk.

• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity risk management plans.

• Provide support in all security issues, including research, requirements gathering, analysis, assessments, planning, development, deployment, maintenance, and federal policy governance.

• Ensured the secure design, architecture, installation, configuration, hardening, and remediation for software applications to protect the organization’s sensitive information

• Analysis of qualitative and quantitative client risk data to identify and categorize potential sources of risk data

• Evaluate current risk management methodologies used for measuring the factors that drive risk to identify areas for risk management process improvement

• Provide guidance for contextualizing risk during risk assessment and recommend ways to use risk assessment results to communicate to important information to decision makers.

• Provide risk assessment reviews of system documentation and procedures as outlined in NIST such as incident response, access controls, physical security, audit, and awareness training.
