TDA Research is an established research and development firm located outside Denver, Colorado with offices in Wheat Ridge and Golden. We have a staff of 100 mainly engineers and scientists who develop cutting edge chemical processes, materials, and hardware for customers in the defense, aerospace, energy and chemical industries. TDA has an immediate opening for a full time, highly motivated, versatile contract administrator to assist the Contract Manager with a variety of tasks. This position will be varied, with responsibilities for preparation of proposal budgets, monitoring of contracts and subcontracts, reporting and maintaining government property control records, and helping to ensure that contract reporting and deliverable obligations are fulfilled. This position will provide audit support and assist with the preparation of periodic reports. We need a candidate who can contribute to our team with strong organizational and excel skills, comfortable with ambiguity, a high degree of accuracy, a positive attitude and a desire to learn the unique requirements of government contract accounting and reporting.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of recent “hands-on” contract administration experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and other federal agency regulations
• Experience with accounting and budgeting
• Proven analytical ability and close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle short deadlines
• Strong Excel, Word, and Adobe skills
• Team player with a drive for excellence

Annual Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 per year plus the complete benefits package.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors as education, experience, skill-set, and/or location.
