The HR Director will thrive in a fast paced creative environment, enjoy working within a global network and excel at managing multiple priorities at one time. This is someone who is buttoned up, but has high EQ and an approachable demeanor. Reporting into the Chief Talent Officer, the HR Director will manage initiatives in the areas of employee relations, immersion, talent development and training and HR operations.
