Strategic leader on an anchor Chiat brand or mixed group. You inspire and lead across the agency and departments. You are responsible for growing our people, client relationships, your own group, and the reputation of the agency. You stay tight to the work and are indispensable to your creative partners. In Detail:
Take the strategic lead and ownership for your brand(s). Ensure the quality of the creative and strategic work is highest in the industry. Deliver actionable knowledge, provocation, and expertise from consumer, commercial, and cultural perspectives.
Embrace and advocate for our Disruption disciplines internally and externally. Contribute to agency IP with original perspectives and thought leadership.
Ensure every brief is worthy of Disruption – focused in its objectives, inspirational in its insight, and ambitious in its impact.
Originate new visions and directions for your brands, unlocking creative and experiential opportunities that our teams can’t wait to explore.
Strategic voice of the agency. Build relationships and visibility beyond Chiat\Day. Write articles, give talks, share opinions. Hone special skills and specific perspective on branding, culture, comms, and experience.
Partner with CSO and other GSDs \ Leads to grow capabilities across the agency and share best practice. Continually question and evolve our approach to strategic and creative development. Challenge what the agency’s expected product is and take it in new directions.
Build relationships with clients to ensure we’re seen as strategic partners, creative experts, and brand guardians. Be comfortable in the role of objective challenger, pushing for what is right for the brand and creative product.
Show up as a genius storyteller. A persuasive, compelling presenter that can command a room. Be unflappable when things get tricky.
Passionate about business results. Ability to speak with confidence to clients about their commercial \ economic situation and recommend potential paths forward.
Partner with senior clients to transform their wider digital or social capabilities. Provide consultancy level digital transformation skills \ advice.
