** Job Description**
Work schedule during training and OJT(On the job training) is 8:00AM-4:30PM. Should be available to work shifts between 7:00AM-5:000PM after OJT. Must be local to the Atlanta area.
**What we are seeking:** Must have internet, past employment that includes data entry work with high level of accuracy, able to type 35 WPM, professional demeanor, longevity on last 2 jobs, experience using dual monitors & multiple systems simultaneously and ability to picky pc equipment from the office building. Must be able to work 3 months with no extended absences. Adherence to the work schedule during training and OJT is mandatory.
* Ability to speak, read and write English clearly, professionally and fluently. Must have a quiet workspace with minimal interruptions while working from home
* Must have worked at least one year in a position where great attention to detail was necessary.
* Ability to utilize active listening and problem-solving skills.
* Must be able to work 3 -months with no extended absences. Must not miss any days from 8-week training and OJT.
* Must have demonstrated and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Must have ability to problem solve technical issues.
* Meet established Productivity, Schedule Adherence and Quality Standards.
* Intermediate proficiency with Windows PC Applications which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
* Needs experience using multiple systems simultaneously and dual monitors.
* Must have ability to work overtime during evenings or weekends as required.
