What will you be doing?

• Monitor O2O daily operations specifically including but not limited to unexceptional performance and fulfillment rate
• Create and execute eCommerce strategies to maximize sales and revenue as well as continuously improve/Kaizen user experiences
• Work cross-functionally on keeping track of project progress and resolving technical issues
• Handle Instacart, Doordash, Shipt, and Uber accounts to bridge the gap between stores and customers
• Enjoy corresponding fun side-projects for the team

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in sales, operations, or other business-related field preferred
• 1 year experience in retail or operations preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills to analyze ideas between customers and stores
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is required, trilingual in Cantonese is a plus
• Ability to lift 25 lb objects in stores
• Willing to accommodate a flexible work schedule and travel to local stores
• Legally eligible to work in the US

Salary:

The pay range for this job is between $24.00 and $29.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
