Job Position : Wiring Harness -Module Leader

Location : Oak Park, Michigan

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Experience : 10 to 12 Years

• Understand the Variant Structure of the Vehicle Platform.

• Defining test specifications as per requirements

• Test Planning & test allocation as per schedule

• Bench Test Execution on wiring harnesses as per plan and specifications.

• Understanding of High voltage wiring and load requirements

• HV wiring harnesses testing and requirements

• Coordinate Labcar build setup

• Defect Management as per the Customer’s Processes.

• Supporting Customer’s Teams for Root Cause Analysis.

• Participation in Design Reviews.

• Identify Tooling, Equipment and Fixture requirements for Labcar build and understand equipment & tooling standards.

• Test Data and Test Report Review.

• Fitment of wiring harness & other electrical component on Labcar structure

• Management of the Toolchain and Equipment required for wiring harness

• Thorough understanding of electrical schematics and wiring harnesses

• Proven experience of the automotive labcar setup.

• Proven experience in High voltage wiring harnesses and components testing

• Proven Experience in delivering complex and Full Vehicle wiring harness checking and bench testing.

• Proven Experience in handling various Toolchain and Equipment used for wiring harness testing

• Trouble shooting and fault finding on wiring harnesses

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

Salary: $80,199.02 - $95,000.00 per year
