TAS Communications is Hiring a Telephone Operator Near Madison, WI

Join an award-winning team today!

We are an inbound 24x7 Call Center located on Regent St. We field calls for a variety of businesses.

We are currently seeking applicants for two shift openings:

1 PM - 8 PM AND 3 PM - 8 PM

Shifts will include weekends AND holidays.

Starting at $19.00 Hour

In this roll you will:

  • Handle in-coming calls unique to each client.
  • Collect relevant caller data to assist with the call. Answer questions or direct the call, all based on the script from the client.
  • Take messages
  • May perform clerical or administrative duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

To ensure that we continue to provide award winning customer service qualified applicants will possess:

Keyboard: Typing minimum 30 words per minute

Excellent phone skills / etiquette

Proven attention to detail and listening skills

Prior call center experience is beneficial

We are located on major bus lines, offer free parking, flexible scheduling, and easy walking to campus.
