Description
Lookout Ridge Apartments is seeking a Make Ready/Porter for a community.
- Upkeep of all common areas of the property including interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot and pool maintenance
- Prepare recently vacated apartments for market readiness and availability to rent
- Respond to service work orders, perform painting and pressure washing duties
- Assist the maintenance team with work orders, trash outs
- The porter/groundskeeper tech is responsible for maintaining peak appearance of the property exterior at all times.
