Description
Tarantino Properties is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the Detroit Apartments:
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Pick up grounds, leaning hallways & laundry rooms
- Trash outs
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready (repairs and improvements)
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- At least 2 plus of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Full Time Position
- $18 DOE
