Small high technology label manufacturing company seeking for customer service and order entering.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
- Order receipt, acknowledge and entering on Quickbooks
- File and maintain customer records and documents
- Transcribe and input data accurately into company systems
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and billing purposes
- Assist with general office tasks such as organizing files, scheduling orders, and managing order deliveries
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets.
- Collect and compile data from various sources for reporting purposes
- Process shipping labels (domestic and international)
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
