What You Will Be Doing:

• Building outstanding relationships with patients and Espire team members.
• Working directly with practice business leaders, front office teams the business support center teams on a day to day basis to help drive exceptional patient care and experiences.
• Being the day to day direct point of contact for patients and the practice teams.
• Being a patient care and dental experience expert.
• New patient scheduling
• In-bound calls
• Form leads
• Phone, text, and email responses to patients
• Employee and patient referrals
• Being a Patient Care Navigator
• Handle Patient communications
• Make Post-operative calls
• Coordinate Doctor communications and letters
• Coordinate Outbound specialty referrals
• Prepare Thank you-cards
