A sustainably-sourced packaged foods products distributor is hiring a well-rounded, experienced Accounting Specialist with experience in Accounts Payables and Receivables.
**Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in A/P and A/R roles.
Upon completion of 180-day probationary period, the Accounting Specialist will receive benefits:
- 16 days PTO per year
- Simple IRA with 3% employer match
- Bonus structure paid annually; up to 1 month's salary based upon completion of assigned KPIs
Duties included but not limited to the following:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Financial analysis
- Posting journal entries
- Bank Reconciliations
- Microsoft Excel expertise
- Assistance with preparing financial statements
- Managerial accounting reports
- Assistance with insurance policies
- Office Administration
- Assistance with month-end closing
Other important information:
- Must be able to commute to Irvine, CA (work from office)
- Direct Hire; Full-time (Monday-Friday / 8:00am - 4:30pm)
- Pay: $24 - 26/hr. (DOE)
- Must well-versed with Microsoft Excel
- Pay is depending on experience
