Tallwoods Care Center is a skilled nursing facility currently looking for Activities Staff Members for Afternoon/Evening shifts & Weekends and Holidays. We offer a great work environment and a positive atmosphere. Candidates must be well organized, professional, and most important have a passion to care for our residents. Full Time and Part Time Hours available. Benefit packages are available.

Responsibilities of Activities Assistants:

• Assist in activities with the residents.
• Play a vital role in our residents' well-being by planning and promoting recreation-based activities that stimulate the mind and body and promote social interaction.
• Provide input into the design of monthly recreation services.
• Document resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs.
• Write progress notes.
• Attend care plan meetings as appropriates
