THE ROLE
Design and implement scalable platform services and tools, focusing on systems and infrastructure
Implement logging and distributed tracing across all services, also metrics collection
Create dashboards and alerts for proactive issue detection and resolution
Conduct performance audits and optimize system efficiency
Lead architecture reviews and establish best practices for system design and security
QUALIFICATIONS
6 years of experience in software development, focusing on backend and distributed systems
Strong background in performance optimization
Advanced proficiency in React-style libraries, Node.js, Cloudflare, TypeScript, Solid.js and with a demonstrated ability to optimize for speed and efficiency in complex codebases.
In-depth knowledge of semantic HTML, web accessibility and SEO practices, with a keen understanding of how these elements create to robust, high-performing applications.
Extensive experience with modern JavaScript tools and practices, including GitHub Actions, Semantic Versioning (SemVer), Unit Testing
