Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective estimating procedures • Create winning bids for new work and drive sales • Foster positive subcontractor and vendor relationships • Raise customer satisfaction levels

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) • 5 years of construction experience, including 2 years in commercial estimating • Experience with public works bidding and bid day environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management and analytical abilities • US work authorization
