What you’ll be doing:
We’re looking for a results-focused Digital Marketing Manager to jon our small but mighty team of marketing professionals. You’ll help elevate our brand in the market, generate demand for our solutions, and nurture clients through their buying journey. You’ll produce engaging social media content, manage website updates and SEO campaigns, and optimize digital marketing initiatives based on performance data analysis.
The work of the Digital Marketing Manager is visible throughout our company and directly impacts our company’s long-term sales success and growth trajectory. Our marketing team is a tight-knit group of cross-functional professionals who trust and rely on each other to collaborate, contribute and create outstanding results daily.
- Marketing Automation Campaign and Platform Management
- Develop and manage targeted automated campaign strategies and tactical plans that support the Marketing team’s business, brand and performance goals while moving customers through their buyer’s journey.
- Administer Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (aka Pardot) platform, maintaining database health, ensuring optimized performance and seamless Salesforce CRM communication.
- Develop dynamic audience segments and data lists to support targeted automated marketing workflows and email communications.
- Analyze and report on automated campaign performance, KPI metrics, MQL to Lead conversion, trends and engagement insights to optimize future campaign tactics and strategy.
- Be deeply familiar with our customers’ buying journey and lifecycle and how our solutions and services meet customer needs.
- Email Marketing Management
- Plan, design, build, A/B test, and execute all inbound and outbound email marketing communications and campaigns through the Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) platform.
- Construct website landing pages and on-page content as components of automated engagement campaigns to lead prospects toward website interaction.
- Analyze and report on email marketing performance, KPI metrics, performance trends and engagement insights to drive optimization of future tactics and content.
- Social Media Marketing Management
- Own the organization’s organic and paid social media strategy and execution, monitoring engagement and performance, evaluating analytics, optimizing content and tactics, and reporting on results.
- Craft engaging, customer-centric content and visuals for all organic and paid social media campaigns and channels to inform, educate, and excite target audiences through a storytelling framework.
- Website and SEO Management
- Function as the webmaster for our corporate website, providing all technical, creative and content updates via the CMS, maintaining constant regard for SEO, brand adherence and optimized UX.
- Lead all search engine optimization efforts to improve our website’s position on search engine results pages (SERPs) for targeted keywords and phrases and increase organic website traffic.
- Direct all white-hat on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including ongoing management of third-party SEO services partners, to focus on keyword optimization, website content delivery and backlink building.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Provide ongoing technical maintenance and management of our DAM system to ensure internal and external stakeholders maintain access to all necessary digital tools and assets.
- Be the DAM Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing updates, guidance and training to internal and external users regarding technical and informational updates and changes made within the system.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Work with the VP of Marketing to develop and publish ongoing e-newsletters for customers and dealers.
- Provide input and tactical execution support for other marketing initiatives, including but not limited to video shoots (may include occasional out-of-state and/or international travel), content review and proofreading, market research, tradeshows and events.
- Identify new tactical and channel opportunities to further reach and engage targeted customer audiences through our digital marketing efforts.
- Establish functional knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform to perform lead conversion and data-related tasks, including record input and modification.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with third-party service providers and vendors.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A solid, up-to-date understanding and knowledge of digital marketing principles, best practices, channels and tactics to drive brand awareness, generate demand, increase Prospect to MQL conversion, and support the sales pipeline.
- Working knowledge and experience in B2B, corporate social media marketing best practices across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise marketing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo or other marketing automation platforms), WordPress, and Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to quickly and easily become operationally efficient within new software platforms and apps.
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS coding for landing page development and email customization.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills that equip you to effectively communicate with team members, executives, customers, and partners
- An analytical self-starter mindset that enables you to work independently or collaborate effectively as a teammate across departments.
- The capability to research and understand unfamiliar technical information and leverage gained insight to produce valuable new content and assets.

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in a professional marketing role.
