This reputable Design Firm is looking for an Architectural Designer to mentor, coach, develop and promote for long-term success. This individual will be focused on expanding LEV Designs current customer luxury residential home vertical as well as growing into other verticals such as Multifamily, Tract, etc.

Architectural Designer Responsibilities:

You will be working directly with prospective and existing customers, in tandem with the company CEO and LEV Designs team, including:

• Meeting with prospects and existing customers
• Performing initial new customer intake and discussing their design needs
• Provide design specs to the team and review their design work, redlining plans and designs
• Monitor status of customer projects (we use Basecamp software) and work with project managers to ensure project is on schedule
• Participate in company-wide team meetings with the technical team and office staff
• Working with and overseeing the Production Team
• Expanding LEV Designs into other markets such as Multifamily, Tract, etc.

Architectural Designer - Skills, Experience & Character:

• Architectural license in the state of California (or willing to get licensed) is a HUGE PLUS but not required.
• Ability and desire to work directly with customers from initial meeting through the completion of project.
• Experience working with custom luxury residential designs (new builds).
• Desire for an environment of rapid growth and unlimited potential.
• Excited by the opportunity to work with a team who supports you with the technical and operational aspects of the design functions.
• Prior experience using Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup software a plus
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Redlining, and Adobe PDF required.
• Some work-related travel required.

Compensation DOE including profit share potential and/or production bonus. The company is also pleased to cover costs for licensure and professional memberships related to your architecture license.
