Summary:
Under direct supervision, the Material Handler will perform a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storage, handling, and shipment of material, equipment, and product. As general policy, all stockroom personnel are expected to be proficient with general material handling and processing duties that include receiving, stockroom duties and shipping.
The Material Handler will spend a large portion of their time engaged in general stockroom functions. The remainder of their time will be spent performing receiving and/or shipping functions. The Material Handler will be able to complete all general stockroom functions and assist in shipping and receiving functions with moderate assistance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years related experience and/or education
- Experience working in contract manufacturing environment preferred
