Job Description
Looking for a document coordinator with some admin responsibilities to help track and manage internal tools for our facilities. Experience in Pharma is preferred, and facility management would be a plus. The candidate will need to be well-organized and have good communication skills. Change control management and technical writing experience. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 3-6 years of experience. This is a hybrid position, the candidate will be required to be onsite (Swiftwater campus) 3-4 days a week.
1st Shift: Track and review change control documentation. Assist with the editing of quality documents (SOPs, guidelines, validation master plans, etc.) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Must be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy. Must possess sound interpersonal and information gathering skills, be able to relate well to others at all levels throughout the organization and have the ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Prepare and/or maintain documentation pertaining to programming, systems operation, and user documentation. Translate business specifications into user documentation. Plan, write, and maintain systems and user support documentation efforts; including online help screens. Knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Interact well with a diverse group of individuals. Self-motivated and willing to be proactive in resolving issues. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Education: University graduate preferred. Secondary Education diploma a requirement. Years of Experience: 3 - 6 Years
