Some responsibilities of our Professional Recruiter Role include:

• Researching and sourcing candidates from our massive talent pool, professional networking sites, and social networking tools
• Screening, qualifying, interviewing, and placing professionals
• Providing career guidance to those actively searching for parallel careers
• Providing ongoing support to your team of contractors
• Collaborating with high energy teams to achieve goals
• Attend networking events, user group/association meetings, social gatherings, client dinners, etc… to build employee network and relationships with our customers
• Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets in particular industries

Requirements

Position Qualifications:

Functional Knowledge:

• Associate’s degree required or equivalent blend of education and work experience in staffing industry
• Customer Service / Sales Experience required
• Entry level recruitment knowledge is a plus
