TalentBoost (Point32Health) is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Canton, MA

Point32Health is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our organization as Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance explanations, accruals, and overall support of the administrative budget.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interprets financial data presented; performs analysis to develop, generate, and monitor management reporting and trends.
  • Work with Business leaders to establish annual budget, update forecasts, and create monthly financial journal entries.
  • Work with functional and market teams to build and maintain financial models that capture underlying business dynamics to support strategic and project decisions.
  • Prepare Return on Investment analysis, evaluate options and potential returns, as well as review monthly variances to provide clear explanations and recommend actions.
  • Perform out-of-the-box thinking, collaborate with others, and make a difference every day!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar field; 3-5 years of related professional experience or combination of relevant experience.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Attention to detail, while grasping the big-picture is essential as well as having a practical approach to solving business issues.
  • Analytical ability and oral and written communication skills. Ability to synthesize, summarize, format data/presentation materials
    Financial modeling and analytics; Familiar with the budgeting process in large organizations.
  • Expert in various software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative.

Working Environment:

  • Normal office environment; must be able to commute between HPHC locations.
