Job Description:
- They will work with sales and engineering teams directly to develop new and improve existing programs for the plant.
- Review project proposals and plans to determine timing, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project or program launch, staff requirements, and allotment of available resources to various stages or project.
- Tracks and manages timing and communication for all program teams.
- Reports directly to the management team and coordinates efforts with all departments needed.
- Will be working and communicating with customers on a weekly basis. Sometimes daily.
- Must have an engineering degree. A bachelors degree and engineering experience could be reviewed.
- Have to have experience working in plastic interiors from a manufacturing perspective.
- Experience working directly with OEMs is important and seen as a must have.
- Exceptional communication skills with organization to boot.
