- 280 bed hospital with a 14 bed ICU unit
- As a Advanced Clinical Pharmacist you are primarily responsible for the direction of the critical care service line within the hospital. In addition you ensure patients receive safe, effective, evidence-based, and cost-effective selection and utilization of medications in the ICU.
- Participate in facility committees responsible for establishing and implementing medication-related policies and procedures within the ICU
- Assist with clinical services such as drug consults, nutrition support, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulant monitoring, pain management, IV to PO, renal dosing and other programs as defined by Pharmacy Leadership.
- BS or PharmD
- Florida license
- 3 years of hospital experience in critical care or residency in Infectious disease or Critical care
