Position Summary The Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store which may include sales, administrative, and financial tasks. Continuously strives to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by providing high quality customer service. Motivates, leads, and develops staff at specified location. Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure store profitability.Courteously greet all customers and make sure they are having a great experience.Review all paperwork for accuracy and completion prior to closing sale with customer.Collaborate with Underwriting to define loan and payment terms.Assess inventory to ensure all vehicles are in good condition.Review inventory at other locations to determine if other vehicles will meet the needs of local customers.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dealership operations.Balance funds and make daily bank deposits.Respond to all customer complaints and take the necessary steps to resolve.Consults with Service Department on customer repair requests.Direct hiring, training, and performance management for store staff.Cultivate an enthusiastic work environment that will build positive employee attitudes and increase employee morale.Coordinate regular meetings with staff to ensure their efficiency.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications RequiredHigh School Diploma/GEDThree years of Sales management experience and/or completion of USAuto's Manager in Training programStrong knowledge of Automotive industryKnowledgeable of Willing to learn product knowledge on a variety of vehiclesCurrent State Drivers licensePreferredSome college course workTwo years of Automotive management experience
