Revitalize Nutrition (a division of Take Control) is an outpatient nutrition counseling practice specializing in disorders of the GI tract, chronic health conditions and weight management. We are passionate about working with clients to facilitate long-term behavior change through nutrition counseling, education, and outstanding provider support.

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver quality care in a telehealth setting. This position is expected to deliver approximately 10 client contact hours per week.

Details:

This position is being offered for approximately 10 client contact hours per week. Clinic hours are 8 am – 7 pm, Monday – Friday.

This is a remote position. Only candidates licensed and living in Montana will be considered.

Must have advanced clinical knowledge, expertise, and the ability to analyze basic laboratory results and effectively discuss results with patients.

Document counseling using EMR.

Assist with content research and development for marketing, presentations, materials, programs, and other program development as needed.

Participate in company activities, team meetings, in-service training and team building (as required).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates must reside in Montana and have a current Montana Nutrition License through the Montana Board of Medical Examiners to be considered. Candidates must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Experience with remote telephonic or online video consultations is preferred.

• Has a high level of confidence/experience in counseling for GI nutrition, diabetes, weight loss/management, and chronic disease management.
• Has experience in outpatient counseling with complicated symptoms and disease states.
• Is a self-starter and eager to pursue new opportunities while successfully managing client relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setting while also remaining an active communicator with the team and supervisor.
• Completes all documentation activities (charting, billing, etc.) within a defined deadline.
• Contracted with BCBS, Allegiance/Cigna and Medicare insurance is a plus.

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:

• Submission of cover letter and resume required
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care environment or outpatient environment
• State of Montana Licensed Dietitian (LDN) and CDR Registered Dietitian (RD) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records
• Experience in counseling and educating people with GI conditions, diabetes, and weight issues is highly preferred
• Certification of CDCES is highly preferred
• Excellent writing and word-processing skills
