This person will have the distinct pleasure of reporting to the Service Manager (Lucky you!)What you'll be doing on a daily basis:- Troubleshooting PC/Mac issues- Troubleshooting general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment, printers, PC/Serverhardware, etc.- Working with 2nd and 3rd level support on server-related problems- Visiting customer sites to work on things that cannot be handled remotely- Learning about and applying proven technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-v, SonicWALL, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Office 365, G Suite, etc.)Who you are:- Skilled at troubleshooting and fixing computer problems- Extremely passionate about technology.
