Tagger Media Inc is Hiring a Growth Marketing Manager Near Los Angeles, CA
WHO YOU ARE
A strategic growth marketer looking to join a global team! As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all of Tagger’s paid media channels. You will manage the paid media budget and work cross-functionally to build brand awareness and generate new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is focused on optimizing paid media channels in the most efficient ways and improving Tagger’s ROI on media spend. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer in Los Angeles.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- You’ll be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing all paid media
- Work closely with the product marketing, content and partnership leads to create global paid media campaigns with the goals of building brand awareness and generating new revenue opportunities for Tagger
- Highlight areas for optimization in week over week performance reporting across paid channels, including but not limited to; paid search and paid social.
- Develop a cross channel media strategy that maximizes pipeline growth
- Manage annual paid media budget and pace monthly spends across key regions for Tagger (NOAM, LATAM, APAC & EMEA)
- Understand site requirements for paid media conversion tracking & reporting (i.e. website pixels)
- Optimize ongoing campaigns to ensure maximum return of marketing spend
- Nurture prospects and ensure that marketing leads are converted to sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales to understand pipeline goals & receive performance feedback
- Work with revenue operations to ensure sales signals are integrated into biddable platforms using integrations (i.e. utilizing Salesforce data in Google Ads)
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH
- A keen understanding of Salesforce and B2B media buying experience
- Experience working at an Agency, Media or SaaS company
- Experience with Google Analytics & Data Studio
- Global paid media experience on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Podcast Advertising
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- A team player with a level of dedication and a strong business acumen, as well as technical aptitude
- Adaptive and fast learner who can quickly understand and articulate data and processes.
- Highly enthusiastic about Tagger’s products and services and willing to promote the company at any opportunity
NICE TO HAVES
- Understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing
- Marketing Automation experience
- Experience with account based marketing tactics
