Our Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the operations, including customer service and inventory control.

Requirements

The successful candidate has:

• A B.A. degree with minimum of 5 years of production, warehouse or logistics experience OR equivalent combinations of education and/or direct experience.
• Leadership to achieve the value, mission, and vision statement of TAGG Logistics
• A stellar customer service approach and will promote an excellent work culture
• Expertise to manage employee relations including: Employee Retention, Employee Satisfaction and Promotion of Company Culture
• Experience identifying opportunities for business improvement and develops/implements plans to ensure continuous improvement
