Description

The Supervisor plans organize, helps staff, directs and controls the warehouse activities. The selection, training, and motivation of the workforce are key responsibilities. The Supervisor is accountable for achieving company objectives in regard to a safe workplace, properly trained workforce; labor cost efficiency, employee productivity, customer service, efficient storage, and accuracy.

Shift available:

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm

NIght Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 4:30am

Requirements

The successful candidate has:

• Four years distribution supervisory/management experience leading a staff of 10 employees in operations of at least 60,000 sq. ft.
• Experience with WMS, metric-driven operations, labor, and resource management.
• Proven ability to listen to employee's needs and concerns, motivate, and create teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to successfully develop and maintain customer relationships
• Willingness to develop a team environment focused on hard work and having fun
• Attention to detail and possess strong communication skills
• A High School Diploma or GED
