Taconic Biosciences is Hiring a Remote Sales Operations Analyst Intern

This internship will close to applications on March 16, 2023.

If you are a student pursuing an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or PhD in business, finance or computer science this role is for you!

Taconic Biosciences is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst Intern to join our Sales Operations for the summer in this full time, paid, internship. Qualified candidates must be enrolled in school and reside in the continental U.S. Working hours will be on Eastern standard/daylight time.

  • The Pay: $20.00 per hour

The Internship:

As a Sales Operations Analyst intern you will work with Sales Operations, Sales leadership, Customer Service, and Product Management to learn about our global businesses, products, and services. In this role, you will learn how to develop reporting and analytics that support sales of our products and services. In addition, this role will support department process mapping exercises, as well as data cleanup projects to gain an understanding of how data is managed to help us improve revenue recognition and uncover market segment insights.

An internship in this position will provide the chance to:

  • Create and present Salesforce reports that provide our Sales and Product Management teams with new customer insights to help drive global revenue growth.
  • Partake in a Salesforce data cleanup project, identifying bad data to improve visibility of our sales pipeline and identify account-based marketing opportunities
  • Coordinate, organize, and load department documentation into our document control system; work with department leaders on documentation gaps and to prioritize next steps.
  • Gain an introductory understanding of the importance of processes to a healthy organization by participating in cross functional process mapping exercises that improve internal efficiencies and create a better customer experience.
  • Networking within our global organization
  • A hands-on opportunity to experience a career within a sales operations department
  • Participate in an End of Summer Presentation to department leadership at Taconic, showcasing your work.

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for this opportunity you must be enrolled in an academic program in pursuit of an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or PhD. Residence in the continental U.S. is required.
