About the Position:

Tachus is seeking an outstanding individual to fill the role of Technical Business Analyst to perform as a key member of our Product and Delivery IT Team. The ideal Candidate will be experienced, highly organized, and an energetic initiative-taker with a successful professional history of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. TheTechnical Business Analyst will work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. The Business Analyst will haveSolid functional and or Industry knowledge of Telecommunications, as well as Salesforce products.

The right candidate will have experience working with the Delivery Lead/Project Manager to maintain and coordinate communications with the customer/client throughout each project. He or She will possess the ability to scope, define,and prioritize tasks to support the project team in gathering business and functional requirements.

The Salesforce Business Analyst will:

  • Demonstrate new releases to the company and provide step by step documentation
  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
  • Identify and document requirements for configuring, testing, and launching our solutions
  • Recognize customer and product needs for future enhancements
  • Evaluate critical information from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistencies, and break down high-level information into details
  • Collaborate with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce design and implementation
  • Develop, maintain and perform processes to consistently monitor data quality and integrity with both Salesforce Administrator and functional managers
  • Create training materials and documentation for Salesforce clients and new end users
  • Supervise the configuration of users, profile role creation/maintenance, custom and formula fields, validation rules, page layouts and list views, assignment/auto response/escalation, workflows & approvals, and process builder
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, Regression, System etc.)
  • Support PM with project updates and scheduling

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree in related discipline or 5 years of experience in Salesforce
  • Sales Force Certifications a plus not required
  • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) a plus not required
  • Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)
  • Experience with Agile
  • Proficient in MS Suite
