Help Desk Technician

We are proud of the culture we have created and we are currently searching for a ROCKSTAR who is motivated by helping people and organizations achieve success in the role of a Help Desk Technician.

Your priority will be to handle all incoming calls and support issues via phone, email, and alert board. You will dispatch tickets to technicians in the field and provide our clients with the top-tier technical support.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers

• Receive all incoming tech dept. requests and enter the information gleaned into the ticketing system.

• Account Creation/Windows Server 2012/Active Directory/Group Policy

• Tickets - calls, emails, alerts. Gather all necessary information for tickets, Create tickets and route to techs/queues.

• Assign/reassign tickets accordingly.

• Monitor all open tickets and queues, SLA’s, deadlines.

• The first line of communication with vendors such as ISP’s for outages/issues.

 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Technical skills required include expertise in desktop support, Windows Server and Office 365 administration.

• A solid understanding of Windows 7, 10 and Administrative tools

• All common Windows desktop applications, hardware, troubleshooting, and basic server administrative tasks. 

• Attention to detail, creative thinking, problem-solving, and the willingness to go above and beyond when needed
