We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer in Luke AFB, Glendale, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Project Development
- Develop and maintain an infrastructure plan
- Meeting facilitation
- Cost Estimating
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in electrical, mechanical, structural, or civil engineering field from an accredited college or university is required
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate if not licensed engineer/architect
- Minimum: 8 years’ experience with the following:
o Facility Project/Program/estimating experience involving planning through design phases
o Acquisition Support: SOW/PWS/SOO, Market Research, IGCE
o Data Management
o Facilitation and Meeting Preparation
o Programming Document Preparation
o Project Requirements Definition
o Project Scoping
o Facility/Utility Condition Analysis
o Risk Management
o Funding Management & Budget
o Project Management
o Engineering and Design Support
o Field Drawings
o Cost Estimation
- ASTM Uniformat II Classification for Building Elements (REQUIRED – shall statement)
- AFCEC Preventative Maintenance Task Lists (PMTL) experience preferred or industry standard equivalent
- Systems/Programs:
o TRIRIGA database
o Microsoft Office
o Builder
o PAVER SMS
