T3W Business Solutions Inc is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near San Diego, CA

Description

T3W Business Solutions, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business with Headquarters located in San Diego, CA. It is our mission to help our clients develop strategies to optimize their use of space and resources resulting in maximum benefits; we also deliver quality data and analysis to support our clients’ daily facility operations, planning, and compliance programs. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the Business Development databases that include proposals, budgets, project costs and analyses and contracts
  • Participates and supports in the full-cycle Business Development and Proposal process, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal submission
  • Identify and assess potential business opportunities by understanding customer requirements and performing market analysis
  • Able to interact with senior executives and key stakeholders across the company
  • Manages and prepares business development progress reports
  • Track progress against target on an ongoing basis and take necessary action to refocus efforts if target is not being met
  • Creates, prepares, and compiles materials for proposals, pitches, and other various business development meetings
  • Creates, prepares, and produces marketing proposals and presentations
  • Assists with business development activities by working with the contracting and marketing of such activities to existing and potential clients
  • Enters, verifies, and maintains accurate customer/client information in CRM software
  • Assists in writing and reviewing proposals as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant technical field and 5 years of experience or in lieu of degree 8 years of experience
  • Must be a skilled communicator and presenter, have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good interpersonal skills are important as well as high quality work, attention to detail, and the ability to work within time constraints
  • Must be able to function independently in high pressure environment
  • Knowledge of government business development and contract awards
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
