Job Summary: As the Contracts Administrator at OWT Global, you'll support the Contracts Manager and engage with our team and clients to oversee all contractual matters. From the business development phase thru closeout, you'll ensure seamless contract management, foster client satisfaction, nurture relationships, and deliver prompt responses to internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive contract administration support, including negotiating terms, facilitating closeouts, reviewing proposals, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate contract data in OWT Global's contract management system of record Deltek Costpoint and other databases.
  • Guide and aid Directors and Program Managers in meeting contract deliverables.
  • Assist in gathering data and conducting internal and external audit reviews of contract records.
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and.
  • Support the development and review of contract policies and procedures.
  • Offer expert guidance on contract requirements, including familiarity with FAR and DFARS terms.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of contract administration tasks.
  • Provide support to the Contracts Manager to assist with and address leadership inquiries

Basic Qualification:

  • Proficient in Deltek/Cost Point Contract Management system.
  • Expertise in FAR/DFARS regulations relevant to contracting.
  • Strong background in various contract types, including IDIQ, cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, and T&M contracts.
  • Extensive experience in contract negotiations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Capability to input precise contract data into management systems and SharePoint.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Capacity to work autonomously while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a government contract setting, preferably with a Department of Defense contractor.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
  • Familiarity with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of direct contract and subcontract administration experience.
