Summary of Position:
Our Territory Manager is responsible to deliver Product Training, Sales Support and Sales Assist elements at Partner Retail Locations (Best Buy) within an assigned Territory. This would include conducting training sessions at retail locations, including team and individual coaching for full-time, part-time and new hire employees. The delivery would include but not limited to product details & benefits, competitive advantages/differences and application process loading along with pricing and promotional components. In addition, the ability to support sales assist to Best Buy Employees when training is not available to be delivered. You may also be requested to support Local/Regional Events at the request of Trend Micro.
Success in this role is tied to meeting and exceeding targeted performance goals coupled with great interpersonal and influencing skills that are coupled with an outgoing personality.
